This week in the Italian Alps with fellow Wim Hof Method instructors from all over Europe has been incredible.

Also privileged to be joined by my Peruvian brother & videographer extraordinnaire

Of course we did some pretty extreme cold exposure activities, beautiful breathwork & various other healing modalities BUT...

As always the most powerful part has been connecting with magnificent, authentic and inspiring people this community is privileged to attract.
