When you are feeling calm you feel good in your body, relaxed in your mind and you are able to make good decisions that emanate from within that flow with who you are.

Restorative yoga makes it easy for you to come into this state of being. To sink into relaxation where every fibre of you body, mind & soul are feeling good.

It's such an amazing practise for moving out of a chronic stress state and connecting to yourself, to your inner wisdom and strength.

I will be posting more info soon about my restorative yoga and coaching session which will start in September.

Could it be telling you to find a way to slow down, or become aware of your conditioned postures that keep you holding tension? To unclench your jaw, to stop holding onto your breath..

What one step can you take to feel more comfortable in your body?

If you are struggling with BURNOUT, always feeling tired, little motivation, feeling more anxious than usual perhaps emotionally overwhelmed and easily triggered then remember this.

Nature doesn't always bloom, in the Autumn the trees let go of their leaves, in the winter they lay in dormancy and conserve their energy.

Autumn is the perfect time to recuperate and go inwards, replenish you energies and recover from Burn out.

Burn out caught up with me recently and knocked me right out of action!

I was working hard in my coaching business, I started teaching part time in a school and I had visitors come to stay. I was basically burning the candles at both ends! When my visitors had all gone I fell in a heap and got sick and couldn't do anything.... I went from being full on productive to completely unproductive.

Do you suffer with burn out symptoms? Stress, overwhelm, anxiety, headaches, tension, low energy and falling sick?

I'll be back tomorrow to share what I did to recover and get back into balance!
