I am attending the this year and I am so honored + filled with gratitude to announce that I partnered with to share a virtual guided meditation series that I designed to help integrate mindfulness breaks into this year’s American Diabetes Association’s 84th Scientific Sessions in Orlando, Florida!

“Betes Breaks” includes: 4 guided meditation practices, each 15 minutes in length, available on the virtual platform for both in-person and online attendees.

I’m thrilled beyond thrilled to share this creation with the Diabetes Community at the this year! 🎉
