My yoga journey

If you’re new here, welcome to the Transformative Yoga community. This is the space where I show up fully — guiding women back to their hearts, walking beside my students, hand in hand.

My journey wasn’t a straight line. From stepping on my first yoga mat, to leaving the safety of a corporate job, to creating my own yoga school… every choice was filled with doubts, fears, and moments of starting over. And just when I thought I had it all figured out, motherhood came with its own lessons — postpartum, sleepless nights, and learning balance all over again.

What I’ve learned is this: transformation is never easy, but it is always worth it. It’s the path of uncovering your real strength with love and kindness.

My mission is to hold space for women — whether you dream of becoming a yoga teacher or simply long for a supportive community to feel more balanced, joyful, and at home in yourself.

The sweetest moments of our lives 🤍

1️⃣ Trimester: pure magic
“I am growing a human inside of me!!!”
Also tons of doubts: “Are you there? Is all ok? Can I do this/can I eat that/can I move in such way?”

2️⃣ Trimester: sweet spot
“I am more like myself again and feeling the baby moving”
Best time in terms of productivity, physical practice and general awareness that my body was actually built for this.

3️⃣ Trimester: never stopping growth
“How did I get this big overnight?”
Second half of the third trimester feels a bit heavy, also anxiety kicks in at night, combined with certain discomfort finding a good position for sleeping. Slowing down my movement practice & spending more time meditating, contemplating, preparing for what’s coming next 👶🏼🍼💕
