Hi! I’m Katy, I’ve been practicing yoga for 18 years and 10 out of them I was struggling with lack of strength & stability in my body. Until I discovered the yoga wheel.
Today I teach 5 different styles of classes with the Wheel, focusing on

✅ Legs & glutes activation
✅ Standing balances
✅ Spinal mobility and so much more
After many requests from my students I created a 30-hour online Yoga Wheel YTT, where you can learn my method and become a Certified Yoga Wheel teacher (with Yoga Alliance diploma).
