✍️ New scientific publication by our PhD student, Vasia Soursou (.j_srs), Dr Vicente Andreu Pérez and Dr Julián Campo () with the collaboration of Prof. Francesca Modugno, Dr Jacopo La Nasa and Prof. Stefania Giannarelli from the Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry of the University of Pisa, Italy. The title of the work is: "Co-occurrence of microplastics and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the Júcar River basin (E Spain): The benchmark before 2024's floods".

🎊👏👩‍🎓 Enhorabuena a nuestra compañera de laboratorio, Yolanda Soriano, .yolanda, por la defensa de su tesis doctoral con el título: "Análisis de la contaminación antrópica en el Parque Natural de L'Albufera: uso de muestreadores pasivos, análisis de núcleos de sedimento
Y evaluación del riesgo ambiental", el 21 de mayo de 2025. La tesis obtuvo la nota de "Sobresaliente" por el tribunal y Yolanda es oficialmente doctora en química.

🎊👏👩‍🎓 Congratulations to our colleague, Yolanda Soriano, for her PhD. thesis defense that took place on the 21st of May, 2025. Her thesis achieved an "Outstanding" grade by the evaluating committee, and Yolanda is officially a doctor (PhD) in chemistry.
