Today I hosted my very first online workshop about the 5 pillars of High Quality Method. 🤩 although the atmosphere was quite family-like, I am so grateful for the participants and also for those people who have registered for the event (they will get the link automatically this afternoon to rewatch it!).
I also wanted to show the participants how they can use your breathing to calm down their nervous system so we had a quick breathing exercise as well 🥰
