Today I hosted my very first online workshop about the 5 pillars of High Quality Method. 🤩 although the atmosphere was quite family-like, I am so grateful for the participants and also for those people who have registered for the event (they will get the link automatically this afternoon to rewatch it!).

I also wanted to show the participants how they can use your breathing to calm down their nervous system so we had a quick breathing exercise as well 🥰

I bet you experience abdominal discomfort sometimes… let’s what you got:

1️⃣ Add ginger or turmeric to your meals this week. Your gut will thank you.
2️⃣ You’re eating too fast. Put your fork down between bites and chew it until it becomes liquied - seriously, try it today.
3️⃣ Stress is hurting your digestion more than food is. Try 3 (or 10) deep breaths before eating.
4️⃣ You’re on the right track! Add fermented foods like yogurt or kimchi.
5️⃣ Your body is asking for minerals, not sugar. Try dark chocolate 85%+ instead.
6️⃣ Poor sleep = poor digestion. This is your sign to prioritize rest tonight. (No netflix!)

Mother’s Day is full of superhero quotes. And I get it! Mums are incredible.🫶🏻

But I think we need to be careful with that label.

Because “she does everything” has become an expectation. Not a compliment.

You’re allowed to be a person first. With needs, dreams, limits… and a body worth looking after.

That’s not selfish. That’s the example. 🌿

Not enough time to transform your body but more than enough time to start feeling different in it.
