The holidays can be beautiful… and also completely disruptive 🙃
Later bedtimes, travel, visitors, skipped naps, extra snacks—suddenly everything feels a bit off.
If sleep has become more unsettled, routines feel messy, or days feel out of rhythm, you’re not doing anything wrong. This is very common after the festive period.
At our next Mum & Baby Wellness Circle on Monday the 12th at 11:00, we’ll gently talk about:
• how to reset sleep after holiday disruptions
• creating supportive rhythms before and after baby arrives
• bringing feedings and meals into a daily flow that works for your family
• rebuilding routines without pressure or rigidity
• and answering your real-life sleep questions
This isn’t about “starting over” or being strict.
It’s about small, realistic steps that help you feel more grounded—and help your baby (now or soon) feel secure too 🤍
