Most parents are told:
“Night waking is normal.”
“Ride it out.”
“Your baby will grow out of it.”

Here’s the part they’re not told 👇

👉 Frequent night wake-ups are often a regulation issue — not a personality trait.

This “before” night in 16-month old baby shows:
• Multiple arousals
• A nervous system that can’t stay in deep sleep
• Sleep pressure + cortisol working against each other

The “after” night is only after a few weeks of targeted support:
• Longer consolidated sleep
• Fewer stress responses
• A brain that knows how to stay asleep

No crying it out.
No ignoring needs.
No forcing independence.

Just:
✔️ Balanced sleep pressure from well-timed naps during the day
✔️ Age-appropriate timing
✔️ Nervous system support

Your baby doesn’t need to “try harder” to sleep.
Their brain needs the right conditions.

If this looks like your nights — you’re not failing.
You’re missing the map.

👉 Save this.

👶 Join our next Mum & Baby Circle, where we’ll focus on language development in babies
🗓️ Monday, February 9th
📍 Esporles
🕙 11 AM – 1 PM

This time we’ll explore:
🗣️ “How Babies Learn Languages – and What Helps!”
We’ll talk about:

How the developing brain processes and separates multiple languages

What research shows about early exposure to bilingual or multilingual input

How to support your baby’s natural ability to acquire languages—without stress

Practical ideas for nurturing language through play, songs, books, and everyday routines

💬 We’ll also leave time for an open Q&A on sleep—so bring your questions!

Spots are limited! Book yours via WhatsApp +34682429922

About me: I’m Lena — a neuroscientist, child & adult sleep practitioner, and mom to a little girl growing up with 5 languages across different countries.

Like many of you, I know what it’s like to raise a child in a new culture—with different languages at home, at school, and in the community. It’s a beautiful gift, but it can also feel overwhelming at times!

Join us next Monday: it’s a relaxed, supportive space to connect with other moms—and a chance for babies to play and socialize too. 💛

One day, your baby sleeps fine.
The next… everything feels different.

More night wakings.
More tears.
More resistance.

After months of your baby sleeping well, this can come as a shock.
Suddenly you’re wondering, “Did something go wrong?”

You didn’t. 🤍

Babies don’t move through development in straight lines.
As they shift from babyhood toward toddlerhood, their brain, emotions, and sleep can change fast.
Sometimes overnight.

And when that happens, it can feel overwhelming as a parent.
Unsettling.
Like the ground moved under your feet.

I see this all the time in the families I work with.
Parents who were doing “all the right things”…
and suddenly feel unsure again.

Here’s the part I want you to hear:

This doesn’t mean sleep is broken.
It means your baby needs different support for this stage.

And you don’t have to figure that out alone.

There are gentle ways to stay supported — depending on what you need right now:
• a simple check-in when things feel off
• a more structured reset to get sleep back on track
• or ongoing support where I stay closely involved as your baby moves through each stage

Because babies keep changing.
And support should evolve with them.

If this feels like your season right now, you’re not behind — you’re right on time. 🤍
Save this, or send me a message when you’re ready.

If sleep has started to feel heavy…
If nights leave you doubting yourself instead of resting…

This is your reminder:
Your baby isn’t broken.
And neither are you.

From a neuroscience and attachment perspective, sleep happens when the nervous system feels safe and predictable — not when it’s pushed or overridden.

That’s why gentle, biology-aligned sleep support works.
Not because it’s “soft,”
but because it’s how the brain actually learns to rest.

If this resonates, you’re exactly who I create this space for.

💬 Save this for the hard nights
🤍 Share it with a parent who needs reassurance

Night wakings aren’t random.
The time your baby wakes often tells us why it’s happening 🤍

Early night wakings, middle-of-the-night wakings, early mornings — they’re usually driven by different mechanisms (sleep pressure, wake windows, hunger, settling, environment).

That’s why I created this live online workshop:

✨ Night Wakings by Time: Causes & Responsive Solutions ✨

In this science-backed, parent-friendly session, I’ll walk you through:
• why babies wake at different times of the night
• how daytime sleep, wake windows & routines affect nights
• how to respond gently and responsively — without cry-it-out
• small, realistic adjustments that can lead to longer stretches of sleep and fewer night wakings
Live Q&A at the end

🖥 Live online via Zoom
📅 Tuesday, 27 January 2026
⏰ 7:00 PM CET / 6:00 PM UK
⏰ 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT (US)
🎥 Replay available

This workshop is for parents of babies ~5–18 months who want clarity, not quick fixes — and support that respects both baby and parent.
