Coming into balance in our bodies, in our minds, in our hearts is a life-long path. It doesn't need to be arduous, we can approach it with our eyes and ears open with inquisitiveness, with playfulness, with awe, with gratefulness.

I am SO excited to offer this Autumn Equinox Retreat with my Soul Sister Kristal. It's the first time we are sharing together since our epic Menorca annual retreats (pre the big C days) and now that I'm settled in beloved Devon (which is Heaven) of course we had to re-emerge into the world with a brand-new retreat offering.

The Sacred Balance - Autumn Equinox Self-Love Retreat.

4-Days nestled amidst the English countryside (Devon), in a luxurious space, with the intention of drenching yourself in nourishment, beauty and inspiration.

What a year it has been beloved. You feel it right? The intensity? And also the sense that the way you have longed to show up in your life is so so so near, you’re perhaps already tracing that scent back home into the Trueness of You.

Dear Sisters, when myself and Kristal come together, what unfolds is magick. It can’t quite be adequately put in words. But everyone who’s joined us on retreat since 2017 has been opened to the vibrant current of Life that is waiting for us to realise and swim in.

The medicine of Silence cannot be put into words, it is something that is sensed, it is something that is followed.

Like a secret calling from the depths of your own heart, yearning to find the anchor within, yearning to find spaciousness inside.

Since 2015 I've been receiving the medicine of Silence in many distinct forms of Silent Meditation Retreats. In 2017, after completing my Hridaya Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training and returning from a 59 Day Silent Meditation Retreat (39 days in solitude) I began to share this wisdom within bespoke retreat containers.

In April 2024 I'll be offering this medicine in my new homelands of Devon, England. I've found a stunning and luxurious setting for this nourishing and transformational journey. For three-days and four nights we will meditate together, we will practice Hridaya Hatha Yoga together, we will return to presence and stillness together.

🌺 I first met Gizem on the beautiful island of Menorca where I was living, enjoying and teaching. I am blown open my Gizem’s constant inspiration and dedication to share the jewel of Yoga and Energy Healing with the World. She is a gift, and it’s a blessing to have her in this magical space.

On the 17th February 2023 we will open the Circle for the 4-Day Self Love Retreat nestled amidst the countryside of Catalunya.

This is not just about beginning, this is about consecrating the space, the group, and most importantly our intention.

💫As I’ve been listening for more guidance as to what needs to be shared during this Retreat, an image keeps on reoccurring in my mind’s eye. The image being that of a Phoenix, wings spread, open heart, rising from the Fire of Love.

It’s true that we are moving and swimming in quite turbulent times, it can’t be and shouldn’t be ignored.

There’s a lot of fear in the air at the moment collectively, I’m feeling this acutely being in the UK at the moment.

Yet this, for me, is when the Great Work calls us even stronger. Why?
🔥 So that we can feel ourself and know ourself so deeply,
🔥 So that we can nourish ourselves so deeply,
🔥So that we can love ourselves - the light and the shadow - so deeply,
🔥 So that we can stay focused on living our Dharma, stay in True Service for the Awakening on Planet.

These Four Days together will not be a “wishy washy” run of the mill “Self-love retreat” - this Retreat will awaken the Phoenix within your own heart so that you can continue to Rise in Love.

Inviting You to one of my happy places. Nestled in the Catalunyan countryside, only 1hr from Barcelona, is the gorgeous Finca called Can Mussol. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to offer the nourishing 4-Day Self Love Retreat on my journey through Spain 🇪🇸 this winter. This 4-Day Retreat is all about loving every inch of You.
