Yesterday morning, before sunrise…the colors were surreal. As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to love the conception of what God places in my heart—and even to appreciate the process, though it is not always easy. Just as the sky is most beautiful before the sun appears, so it is with life. Even in hardships and trials, there is a quiet beauty in walking by faith and not by sight.
When you believe—before it happens.
When you dream—before it becomes reality.
“Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” Proverbs 16:3

The last 3½ months have been a whirlwind — full of change, excitement, discomfort, and adjusting to new places. But one thing has stayed the same: my TRX comes with me everywhere… and so does my love for movement.
Join me for a 16-minute full-body TRX workout filmed in the stunning setting of Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain. I didn’t have a tripod for this one, so special thanks to my husband for helping me capture it!
Working out on the sand adds an extra challenge — but trust me, it’s totally worth it.
