3 weeks isn’t the problem.
Your expectations are.

You trained for 2–3 weeks…
and expected visible muscle?

That’s not growth.

Here’s what actually builds muscle:

Progressive overload
→ get stronger over time (more weight / reps)

Repeated stimulus
→ stop changing exercises every week

Calorie consistency
→ your body needs fuel to grow

Recovery
→ no recovery = no growth

Fix your triceps pushdown with these 3 easy cues:

1️⃣ Pin between your shoulder blades
Keep your shoulder blades slightly retracted,
like you’re holding a pin between them.

2️⃣ Tennis ball in your armpits
Keep your arms next to your body,
like you’re holding a tennis ball between your armpits — don’t let it fall.

3️⃣ Full extension + tempo
Finish with arms completely straight,
body aligned with the cable.

Control the movement:
2 seconds down — 1 second squeeze — 2 seconds up.

3 simple cues + controlled tempo = much better triceps activation.
