Sometimes when we set big goals, we hope that everything will go well and that if we do everything right nothing will stand in our way, but unfortunately this is not the case🤷🏻

We can work as hard as we can, be as focused as we can, but sooner or later will come that moment of no-progress or decline that can make us lose our mental clarity😞

It’s precisely in this moment of difficulty that we have to understand what we are doing wrong, learn from the mistake and not commit it in the future🧐

Others difficulties will come but not like the previous one, thinking and working in this way we will achieve great goals🤩

Training our muscles is one of the most important things to do to live longer, do you know why❓

Muscle contraction releases myokines hormones, which have incredible benefits on:

1️⃣ ❤ Heart: reducing arterial pressure and decreasing cholesterol.

2️⃣ 🧠 Brain: protecting it by helping to produce new hormones (neurogenisis) improving our learning skills.

3️⃣ ⚫ Cancer: improve our immune system, research has found that myokines decrease the growth of cancer cells.

4️⃣ 🦴 Bones: improving bone density and helping to prevent osteoporosis.

Practising exercise regularly increases your life expectancy, helps you to be happier and increases your self-confidence, reasons much more important than a simple aesthetic result.

Rome wasn't built in one day!

Any goals you have in your mind (build muscle, lose fat, condition body etc...) don't rush, take your time and be patient.
Everyone wants fast results (buying magic fat-burn pills, miracles shakers and sticking to a strict diet) and this is equal to a high probability of falling off after a few months, because not SUSTAINABLE.

Change habits need time, I always cite the example of a ci******es smoker: when a habitual smoker decided to stop smoking, can stop the day after.
He/she needs weeks, months sometimes even years to let his/her body and mind stay without ni****ne for the rest of his/her life.

The same thing happens when you want to improve your physique.
Example 1️⃣: if you want to lose body fat and your daily calories is 3000kcal  you cant drop to 1800kcal the day after, your body is not ready for it and your mind and motivation will collapse soon.

Example 2️⃣: if in the last year you never trained, you can't start from tomorrow training 6 days a week, soon or after you'll get injured because your body is not ready for it.

Your body and mind need to adapt to a new stimulus, step by step, day after day.
Maybe you're going to take a long journey but you'll progress in a safe, healthy way but especially SUSTAINABLE in your lifetime.🙏

A Fantastic group, we had a lot of fun, laughing a lot but at the same time, we did a very good job, training hard on speed, agility, strength and endurance.

WHEN YOU ENJOY WHAT YOU DO GUYS, THE MOTIVATION TO MOVE YOUR BODY COME BY ITSELF.

Hi everyone today I want to show you how I am working with a group of 5/6 people.

I designed a program based on HIIT AND KICK-BOXING SKILLS to make the training fun and effective.

My workout benefits: helps to build up stamina ❤️, increase muscle strength 💪, burn body fat💦, improving in coordination and flexibility.

I am glad to have trained this group of fantastic people, working hard at every session to get results and be happy with themselves.
