Really diving in deep laterly around the healing journey of self!

I honour this process so much the weaving of love and healing the wounds that we have long held in our mind body’s and emotional system!

When you start to unlock yourself and see the patterns fall away and make space for your fullness it’s super beautiful process and awaken to witness!

I have seen my clients, work through there inner world, trusting being vulnerable showing up to being more self loving, and stronger in them selfs. COnfidnece in taking responsibility for the own personal development and growing the positive life experiences.
Seeing the perosnal growth over the the sessions we have been working together is amazing and self belief comes through as we have let go of the limited beliefs mindsets and ways that kept safe but stuck!

Speaking through your pain trauma and coming out the other side to new prospective creates a beautiful space for new beginnings and new lighter happier you!

Awaken your inner goddess! 💫

Is about rebirthing yourself, letting go of old conditions, beliefs, self doubt and stuck situations release them patterns!

I have been working with women for over 2 decades and I am also women my self!

My own experiences have also helped me to me fully support and understand the process of receiving reclaiming yourself and having your voice heard!

Being a single mother, bring up my son who is now 21 and amazing.

I was always coming from place of always giving i felt out of balance for years and didn’t know how to have my voice and needs met.

When I looked back over my childhood experiences, my marriage that lasted 7 years I realised how I have suppressed a lot of emotions to keep peace, and relationships going.

Over the years I begun my training and learnt a lot through the observation of others, my own life and reflection on this.

That to have a healthy balance is super important in everyone’s life, and to know how to communicate with ease and not frustration anger or silence.

We hold many different stories in our body minds and nervous system so by nurturing your soul and heart through guidance and practices, support and love you really can open up and let go of armour and feel confident in your own self and really be authentic with your truth and voice!

My program, has many different aspects we go through or the self.

Being a women I learnt to receive again, but in such a more open my loving way, and set my relationship boundaries with my needs voice and actions all aligned to who I was, not in reactions to others or energy outwardly.

Calming the nervous system, strengthening my self esteem, building more worthiness up to feeling you deserve to have my space in the world.

It’s real honour to be able to offer this space opportunity and program to other women as I know, feel and have witnessed what a change in how you feel and live in life it brings you to such space of owning who you are, connecting to your purpose, aligned to your self authority and átomo and brings such a light to your life.

Daily life seems much more brighter and enjoyable as you break free & start to express yourself fully.
