We are often so focused on doing good for others, working hard, functioning, and caring of our loved-ones that we forget to take care of ourselves.
But "you can´t poor from an empty cup" means, we need to take care about our own health and our wellbeing first.
Massages, exercise, good nutrition, a walk in the sun, or just doing nothing are essential for a good mindset and a healthy and happy life.
There are many benefits a massage can give you:

Did you know that the psoas is also called the "soul muscle"?

As our deepest muscle, it reacts not only to physical tension but also stores emotional strain and stress.

A tense psoas or tense piriformis leads to various problems, such as back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, stiffness in the hip, difficulty getting up after sitting, blocked diaphragm breathing, digestive disorders and pain in the side of the legs.

Emotions such as fear, anger or stress are stored in our hips by the body, leading to blockages and tension.

What you can do :
* specific stretching exercises
* specific mobilisation exercises
* Yoga
* managing stress in everyday life
* taking breaks
* conscious breathing

When these blockages are released, many people feel a deep sense of liberation.

By paying attention to this zone, you not only loosen physical tension but also give your emotions space to release .

The main focus of my work is helping to feel good (again), positive, motivated, healthy, pain-free and connected to our source and your inner strength!

And even if you haven´t lived any trauma or hard challenge in your life, it is common to have negative or depressive thoughts. (We are thinking around 60.0000 thoughts each day and 70 % are negative!!)

I have been through that and here I share what helped me (and still does) to be peaceful, healthy and happy after living in depressions and anxiety caused of the circumstances for many years. I hope you enjoy it, if you have any question just let me know!

Did you know that food can make you happy and feel good but can also be the cause of depression and negative thoughts?

When it comes to your lifestyle and habits, there is plenty you can do to maintain a positive mindset and outlook, including sleeping enough, exercising, meditating and also eating happy food!

Of course you already know that depending on what you eat you will be more or less healthy and active.

But food can also influence your EMOTIONS AND YOUR HAPPINESS!

Your gut is your second brain and influences not only your digestion and health but also YOUR EMOTIONS! It contains a vast network of neurons (enteric nervous system) which communicates with the brain.

If you eat to FEEL GOOD, active and vibrant, you automatically decide to take natural foods, fruits, greens, vegetables, nuts, healthy unrefined oils, seeds and so on..

The more natural and the less processed food you put into your body, the better you will feel, sleep, and move!

Try to avoid processed food, alcohol and sugar (they are all associated with depression and negative thoughts!) as well as refined oils.

"Happy food" is p.e. Dark chocolate, Apples, Pumpkin seeds, Chickpeas, Bananas, Carrots, Lentils, Avocados, Berries, Walnuts, Green Tea, Coffee, and supplements like Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Zinc and Antioxidants!

Suffering lower back pain? You want to find out where they emotionally and physically come from and what to do?
Of course, getting a massage is awesome !! :) But you surely also wanna know where it comes from and how you can resolve the issue permanently :

PHYSICALLY
* daily habbits with a bad posture in your work or private life
* sitting too much hours
* not enough stretching or strengthening exercises

EMOTIONALLY
* you take too much responsibility (being there for others even if you`re feeling tired and empty..)
* it is hard for you, to let go of control
* you doubt the support from higher realms / God
* you may have worries and fears related to the topic of money

Solutions :
You can ask yourself the following questions:
"Why do I think I have to do it all on my own?"
"Is it possible, that everything works out even better than I may imagine?"
"Where can I delegate work and responsibility to others?"
"How can I find a way to trust and relax more?"
