AcroYoga. Yoga. Inversions.
I discovered Yoga and AcroYoga together in 2015; that was the beginning of my personal journey. For over 4 years now these practices have shaped my life in many ways and have had a big impact on the person that I am today. Since then, I have been lucky to study with many master teachers in South America, Asia, Europe, & the Middle East.
I love everything that involves movement: acrobatics, dancing, inversions, partner yoga, contact dance, and Thai massage just to name a few. Moving to me means to be present yet balanced both in body and mind. But also, movement is exploration, transition; it brings new possibilities.
In 2019 I completed the AcroYoga International Teacher Training in Bangkok (100 hours) and the Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (200 hours). Since then I have taught classes and workshops in Spain, Thailand, India, & Palestine.
My goal as a teacher is to empower people with AcroYoga and Yoga by helping them do things that they would never imagine they were capable of! I am particularly interested in bringing these healing practices to remote and disadvantaged areas of the world in order to use them as a tool to spread spiritual unity, inclusion, and equality.
I am based in Malaga 6 months per year while the rest of the time you will find me traveling, sharing my passions and connecting with different communities.
