Hi my name is Margaret I’m 62 and I’m a Strala Yoga Guide (teacher)
We are call guides in Strala yoga because we are guiding you through a safe process of movement with breath. I’m not a guru and I won’t encourage you to go further harder or faster than you are ready too.
I will encourage to slow down soften and notice how your body feels.
My clients vary from complete beginners, more experienced yoga practitioners, to oldies like me and young gym bunnies or body builders who want to release the tension and stiffness in their bodies and at the same time slow down, calm and focus their minds.
Strala Yoga is unique, it teaches us to listen to our body and learn to trust our bodily instincts and react accordingly.
There is no pushing or forcing anything or anyone.
In this fast place busy life, most people are stressed out rushing and tense. We become addicted to the hormones of stress and push through, push harder, Strala Yoga is the antidote to this. You don’t need to be flexible to start although you will increase your flexibility over time. You don’t need to be fit or young although if you are you will learn life skills that I wish I had learned earlier. You will learn to move mindfully, to breath slower and deeper, you will stretch strengthen and tone your body while increasing your awareness to the present moment, calming and focusing your mind. Join me on the beach in Marbella Tuesday and Friday mornings or online on Monday mornings
