In just 4 weeks, Cath has achieved incredible results:

✅ 10 cm from hips
✅ 11 cm from waist
✅ 8 cm from stomach
✅ 3.2 kg down on the scales ⚖️

And it’s not just about the numbers…

A huge shout out to Lorraine Coulson since starting at the beginning of the year she has now lost a whopping 83cm!!!!Restaurant El Golf

She has had nearly a month in America and has come back - 1 week on it and weighs even less than before she went!!! Consistency is key and being aware and keeping those good habits!
