By the Grace of God fitness ground was established Aug.05.2023, we never expect the possible outcome and the success thru the years.

The big impact and thru solidarity of our community and their support, fitness gym was created. Most importantly we embraced and enjoyed a healthy lifestyle every day,

we are humbled to thank our Lord Jesus Christ, and he's beutiful plan to our life.

There are days when we feel low tired and exhausted physically and mentally. We cannot solve problems on our own.

We wonder if God hears us or sees us, YES he does and when the time is right, he lifts us higher we could ever climb alone.(PSALMS 3.3)

This is not a poetic phrase it's a revelation of God, he protects, he restores dignity & he elevates those who trust him patiently and faithfully.

King David wrote Psalms to know that, and to remind us, that he alone witnessed God's redemption personally.
