General Foot Care

Your feet are important and they are with you for your whole life. Small problems can develop into long-lasting complaints causing extreme pain and discomfort. With regular treatment, you can prevent problems appearing. My role is to help keep your feet in a healthy condition. I can also advise you on day to day care to ensure that your feet stay healthy at any age. The foot is thoroughly examined for any existing conditions and treated accordingly. The following treatments are available depending on your own needs:
Foot health check and advice. Nail trimming. Reduction of thickened or bulky nails. Removal of corns and calluses (hard skin removal). Treatment of nail & skin fungal infection. Cracked heels. Diabetic, elderly and general foot care and advice. All treatments include a mini foot massage with cream. Foot health care is a gentle form of treatment. Although involving the use of various tools, such as scalpels and nail nippers, the treatment is normally painless. All instruments are fully sterilized to the latest government regulations and hygiene is of the upmost importance to me. I also provide any items needed for ongoing treatment etc. Reflexology

Reflexology has been used for thousands of years and is known to have been practiced by the Chinese and the Egyptians. Reflexology helps relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep and helps to relieve tension and improves sense of wellbeing. I have been interested in this form of treatment for many years and have completed two courses in Spain gaining a credit in the ITEC diploma in reflexology in 2002. I have been working privately in the UK and Spain and at the Kali Yoga retreat centre in Orgiva, Spain since qualifying and have treated over 3000 pairs of feet since training.
