But what if the problem isn’t what you’re doing…
but how your body is responding to it?

You can do everything “right”
and still feel:

nothing truly lands.

4 things I had to learn about creating a healthier lifestyle: ✨

〰️ Health is individual. 〰️
What works for others doesn’t necessarily work for you. Figure out your own needs before creating your habits to achieve them.

〰️ Your body is your temple, so make yourself a priority. 〰️

If you don’t have time to care for yourself not only no-one will do it for you, but you’ll also be forced to have time later on to take care of your illness. Choose wisely what you prefer.

〰️ If you want to change, change every day. 〰️
In the end the habits which work for us and lead us to change, are the ones we’re able to do daily. 

〰️ Things take time. 〰️
Like with everything in life results don’t come overnight. Consistency is key.
