What’s your way of protecting yourself?
When you feel hurt, dismissed, disrespected —
Do you pull away? Lash out?
Do you freeze, justify, over-explain?
Or maybe you stay “nice” even when something inside you says no?
These are not personality traits.
They’re strategies — learned ways of staying safe, especially when your boundaries were crossed in the past.
And at the center of many of them… is anger.
Anger gets a bad reputation.
It’s often misunderstood — labeled as aggressive, dangerous, or unspiritual.
But anger, like every emotion, has a purpose.
It shows us where our boundaries live.
It gives us the energy to speak, act, and protect what matters.
When you learn to feel it in your body — not suppress it or explode with it — anger becomes fuel for clarity.
You can learn to use it — calmly, powerfully, with empathy and intention.
And if this feels unfamiliar, even scary — that’s okay.
I’ll guide you gently and clearly, step by step.
This is the work we do.
To feel. To move. To transform.
