Imagine waking up with energy…
not exhausted and not “starting again on Monday.”
Imagine eating out, enjoying life, and still feeling good in your body.
Imagine feeling strong and confident because your habits actually support you - not because you’re trying to be perfect.
My life didn’t always look like this.
I went through a lot…
numbing myself with alcohol and drugs,
training way too much and eating way too little,
and then barely training at all because I was tired, hurt, and done.
I tried to “fix” myself with rules and more pressure…
but it never worked.
What finally helped was simple habits, flexibility, and a healthier mindset.
That’s the lifestyle I live now - and the one I help others build too.
