I'm a certified fitness professional living in the Rota area of Spain. Welcome to my piece of Facebook! I have worked in the fitness industry since 2002.

If you have wandered here you may know me, or perhaps know me through someone else. I have experience in a variety of fitness facets, and work to continually pursue and learn more in this ever-evolving field. My history and experience allows me to provide a wide-array of training modalities to my Personal Training clients. Together we will discover the best path for your journey towards your goals! I believe in a practical, realistic and grounded approach to wellness. I focus on arming my clients with the knowledge to empower their efforts and sustain their achievements. I enjoy sharing what inspires and moves me along my own fitness journey as well as learning from others with a passion for health knowledge. I am well aware that each individual is unique, therefore our needs and motivations must be as well. On my page I not only promote my work but also share posts that are motivating and inspiring finds, unique eats to fuel a healthy journey, other fitness professional individuals/agencies information, and an array of wellness goodies - all with the intent to spread positive vibes and encourage self-love along the path to wellness.

1 hour, 20 minutes, or even 5 minutes…. It’s never a bad time to give yourself the gift of practice. No matter how much time you spend on your mat.

I teach Dynamic Yoga Flow classes at 6pm Mondays & Wednesdays, as well as 10am on Saturdays, at the fitness center

Happiest of New Years, fitty friends! Classes start back up at Rota Fitness center on 07Jan. Time to dust off those gym shoes, welcome the new faces, and get back to the grind.

Welcomed the dawn of a New Year by reflecting on the last…. 2025 was a year! While I’ve not been active with the posts, I have been active. 💪🏾
Lots of miles walked and weights lifted
Found balances on my hands and more time on my mat
Reclaimed my identity as a fitness pro & instructor
Completed a 300 hour Yoga teacher training
Patiently recovered from both a major surgery and a moderate injury
I am proud of my personal and professional fitness accomplishments, and am walking into 2026 with positive vibes and a humble spirit. Here’s to another year of wellness and learning!

I know... I'm a teeny bit behind in getting this out! But I'm here and teaching my classes, so I got you covered!

The base gym is taking a schedule break, so no fitness classes will happen from Christmas Eve through to 3 Kings Day (24Dec - 06Jan).

Introducing Spin to new people is a fun ride. 🚴 And when they stick with it and become a staple presence each week is when it turns into a fun class. It was a pleasure to share space with these sailors over the last few months - best wishes as you make your ways back home! Make sure to stop into class the next time TDY brings you back this way, friends!

I had a full week of spooky playlists and costumes for my classes - all culminating to Zumba class with my Halloween choreography 🎃 Much fun was had, giggles shared, sweat manifested, and of course the annual Thriller dance-tax paid. 🧟‍♀️ A lil social media ❤️ to some my students who dressed up today!
