🌸CONSTANCIA parte 1🌸

🇪🇸La práctica de mindfulness ha ganado gran reconocimiento por su capacidad para cultivar la calma interior, mejorar la atención y la resiliencia emocional. Sin embargo, a pesar de sus beneficios comprobados, muchas personas tienen dificultades por experimentar estos resultados a pesar de sus esfuerzos con su práctica. ¿Por qué? La respuesta a menudo suele ser simple: la constancia (o en este caso, la falta de ella).

Imagina mindfulness como un músculo que requiere ejercicio regular para fortalecerse. Así como no esperarías ver mejoras físicas significativas con visitas esporádicas al gimnasio, los beneficios de practicar mindfulness no puede observarse plenamente sin una práctica constante (te cuento el porqué en el siguiente post).

🇬🇧The practice of mindfulness has gained wide recognition for its ability to cultivate inner calm, improve attention, and emotional resilience. However, despite its proven benefits, many people struggle to experience these results despite their efforts with their practice. Why? The answer is often simple: consistency (or in this case, the lack thereof).

Imagine mindfulness as a muscle that requires regular exercise to strengthen. Just as you wouldn’t expect to see significant physical improvements with sporadic visits to the gym, the benefits of practicing mindfulness cannot be fully observed without consistent practice (I’ll tell you why in the next post).

Hoy comienzo a impartir la versión intensiva del programa MBCP (Embarazo, Parto y Crianza basado en Mindfulness) a una mamá que está en la recta final de su embarazo (de 35 semanas ni más ni menos 😍).

Van a ser 3 sesiones intensivas llenas de recursos y valioso contenido con el objetivo de aprender a incorporar la práctica de mindfulness a todos los aspectos de la maternidad y la vida.
