"Coronal section of the embryonic mouse thalamus following FlashTag injection at E11.5 shows apical progenitors in M-phase labeled at the ventricular surface. After 12 hours, labeled progenitors and their daughter cells reveal early lineage development through fluorescent tracing. Images were acquired with a Leica Microsystems K5 camera mounted on a Leica Microsystems DMi8 microscope with large volume computational clearing post processing."

"Light Scars: The Invisible Art of Remyelination"

"After a demyelinating injury, the brain does not give up: it activates its hidden healing power. Oligodendroglial cells (in magenta, Olig2) begin to proliferate and differentiate (in emerald, Bcas1) to initiate repair.
