So that, when we step into the world, we can act from a place of kindness and peace.

Join us in our little cabin to share your thoughts, stories, and experiences—whether they’re monumental or everyday moments. The gatherings will be cozy with maximum 8 ladies, together we’ll create a warm and nurturing environment where every voice matters.

Dates: Wednesdays 23/10, 30/10, 6/11 and 13/11

Hey everyone! You might have noticed it has been rather quiet over here the last couple of months. I wanted to share that I have been navigating through some shadows that were quite destabilising and needed a lot of my attention.

It's been a journey of self-discovery, learning, and in the end —self-acceptance and growth. While it hasn't been easy, and it's still work in progress, I'm grateful for the lessons and the light that follows. 🌈

Now that I'm emerging at the end of the tunnel and that I feel sufficiently confident to hold space, we will start organising events again!

Can't wait to reconnect with you and here's to embracing all the seasons of life! 💖

New beginnings after an intense yoga teacher training 🤗.

Learned so much, about yoga and myself. A beautiful milestone in the quest for a fulfilled life, unifying body, mind and spirit 🪷🪷.

Thanks to all beautiful souls who were part of this journey, especially my love who kept our family (of 2 little girls, 2 dogs and 3 chickens 😅) afloat during these weeks: you are a rock star, a super hero, simply the best... 🩷.

Now comes the time to integrate all those lessons and teachings into a daily practice. I’ll go for consistent baby steps 🌱: one yoga flow, breathing exercise and meditation at the time.
And of course I look forward to sharing this wonderful way of life with you! 🪽✨.

There will be creative workshops for the little ones (crafts and singing bowls), a soundbath with meditation journey in the cave for the big ones, clothes swap, delicious food, good company…

We said is before and we’ll say it again : when women gather, magic happens ✨

Yesterday was the first edition of our Sisterhood circle series. Seven meetings, each one centred around one of the chakras.

We kicked off with the root chakra, which is associated with the feeling of safety and grounding.

♥️ We’re so touched by the open-heartedness, trust, understanding and support we witnessed during the evening.

Thanks sisters, looking forward to the next one! 🌹
