This April, the vibe and intention of our yoga classes are to explore the alchemy of effort, enthusiasm, and motivation.
And to bring it into our daily lives off the mat, because that’s the whole point, right?!

In-person classes in Tenerife North:

Online (London-time):

Oh yes—summer has arrived! ☀️

How do you feel about it?
What are you up to?

We’ll both be visiting our homelands with our families, ready for a few adventures here and there and (fingers crossed) plenty of quality time with the kiddos.

Yoga Fridays will be back mid (or end 🙃) July, once Debo returns to sunny Tenerife.
And we’re already excited for a new series of women’s circles starting in September! (Honestly, ladies—we’re missing you already 🩷)

We know summer can be a rollercoaster, so here’s what we’re wishing for you:
🌻 Sunshine on your skin and sparkles in your eyes.
🌻 Lovely people around you, those who get you and make you feel at ease.
🌻 Moments of bliss, and when needed, the gentle reminder: “This too shall pass.”
🌻 Quiet time and rest in nature to refill your cup.
🌻 Flexibility and acceptance for whatever curveballs come your way.
