Sometimes, it needs to be listened to.
We are introducing a new space at the studio :
Guided Support Circle
A simple and respectful environment where you can share what you are experiencing — thoughts, emotions, or personal processes — without pressure, analysis, or the need to find solutions.
It is a space for presence, listening, and honest expression.
Through sharing and mindful listening, something shifts naturally —
clarity, understanding, or simply the feeling of not being alone in what you are going through.
Each session is an opportunity to pause from the rhythm of daily life and reconnect in a more conscious way.
The circle is facilitated by Martin , a certified counselor with over 20 years of experience in mind-body processes, holding space with warmth, intuition, and professionalism.
First Circle on Wednesday 15th April .
