Buying and renovating an old property is always going to be a challenge with no end of surprises. It invariably takes twice as long and costs twice as much as planned. Just to add a twist I recommend doing all of that in a foreign country - preferably somewhere you have never lived before and haven't quiet mastered the language. ☑️ ☑️ ☑️ ☑️ ☑️
