In yoga, we work with energy—prana, nadis, and polarities. These polarities reflect the universal dance of duality: masculine and feminine, light and dark, movement and stillness— not as opposites, but as two expressions of one whole.
In traditions like Hatha Yoga we learn to harmonize these inner forces, bringing them into balance within body, mind, and breath. Because the current flows freely when these energies remember their union.
In systemic work, we explore the Field: a living system of connection that extends far beyond the personal. Here, we tune into the hidden dynamics of belonging, love, and loyalty that shape our relationships, choices, and even our bodies.
What connects them is embodiment: When we pause and feel, the field begins to reveal itself.
Whether you’re a yoga practitioner, a teacher, therapist, or space holder this awareness can gently reshape the way you hold space.
I’d love to share a short guided ritual to begin integrating the polarities of the system and the soul:
🌗 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐝𝐚 & 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚
Find a quiet space and sit comfortably.
Close your eyes and begin to breathe naturally.
Bring awareness to the right side of your body—the solar channel, Pingala Nadi.
Sense clarity, direction, movement, and warmth.
“I honor the masculine light of consciousness that moves through me.”
Shift to the left side—the lunar channel, Ida Nadi.
Sense intuition, stillness, fluidity, and inner depth.
“I honor the feminine wisdom and quiet rhythm that lives within me.”
Let the breath weave between both sides.
Feel how Ha and Tha meet within you.
You are the dance. The balance. The whole.
🌿 Optional Deepening
If it feels right, connect these inner energies with your mother and father.
Not to analyze, but to feel their presence in you.
What part of your body awakens when you acknowledge the masculine?
What softens when you include the feminine?
Become aware.
Bow gently—to your breath, your body,
and the unseen threads that weave your being.
