🧘‍♀️Online Yoga Classes🧘‍♀️

Dear yogi, I am very excited to announce that I will be offering online yoga classes once a week, starting mid-July, a sacred space to connect with our inner self, breathe with awareness and harmonize body, mind and spirit. 🌿💫
As I am travelling 🌍, I have no fixed dates, but each week I will let you know the day of the class!
I trust that the flow of the universe will guide us to meet at the perfect time for each of us✨.
If you feel the call of this practice, send me a message and I will be happy to put you on the list to receive the weekly notices. It will be a pleasure to share this path of light and transformation with you.

Gentle Hatha Yoga with soft Yin poses (keeping the posture) pranayama and meditation.

The classes last about one and a half hours, usually in the evening at 7:00 pm CET

Price single class: 12 euro
Package of 5 classes, to be done in the two months: 50 euros

The classes will be by Zoom

Classes will be english speaking

Dear yoguis, Next Friday evening class will be on the amazing terrace of Casa Christine, at 5 pm!

So happy and grateful for this🙏

We will have a gentle practice of Hatha Yoga with some Yin asanas.
We will work balancing all the chakras, connecting with our deep self and the divine. ✨🕊️We will practice pranayama and end with a meditation🙏 .

Hoy primera limpieza de las calles de Vallegranrey!
Recogimos 10 kg de plástico, 3 sacos de latas y una bolsa de colillas por Charco del Conde y Borbalàn.
Un granito de arena y también un gran trabajo para el planeta y para el alma.
Esperamos verte en el próximo encuentro de noviembre!
Ya comunicaremos la fecha.

Today was the first clean-up of the streets of Vallegranrey!
We collected 10 kg of plastic, 3 bags of cans and a bag of cigarette butts in Charco del Conde and Borbalàn.
A little thing and also a great job for the planet and for the soul.
We hope to see you at the next meeting in November!
We will let you know the date.
