Toddler Egg Muffins 🥚
Aaaaand she grabbed it 😜
This is the easiest, quickest and most versatile recipe I have ever shared. You can add any veggies that your little ones love, you can hide a lot of greens in there, and it's good for snack or for a main course served with a side of fresh veggies 👌🏻💯
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, beat 4 organic eggs. Add black pepper, onion powder and oregano. You can add salt if your toddler is old enough, and you can add any fresh herbs you'd like.
- In a larger bowl, cut in small the veggies of your choice. I picked: 1 tomatoe, 1/2 of a green bell pepper and 1/2 of a zucchini.
- Add the eggs to your veggies.
- Pour into muffin cups (it made 8 egg muffins based on the size of my muffin cups).
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
