A word of explanation about the name Wu Wei Dao Jiao.
It used to be the name of my school of Tao and Qi Gong Teachings in Brussels over 30 years ago.
Dao means Tao. Tao, Taoism, Taoist Philosophy is the base of all Chinese Martial Arts, Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, Corporal Arts of Tao, any technique which will help you to re-balance, increment and move the Energy to attain a state of wellbeing or healing!
Tao is « the Way of Nature »!
Jiao means School. But not a physical school. It means school in the general term of Teachings, which can be given anytime and anywhere. No physical time/space!
Wu Wei or Non-Action is one of the most fundamental concepts of the Philosophy of Tao. Wu Wei is not synonymous with laziness, decision-making abstention, as it has often been understood. It is an open system that uses the opposites, antagonisms, polarities of Yin and Yang in all contexts. It is the « I » that seeks to accomplish everything that happens instead of opposing it!
