👉Immagine ታካሚ prefer to live with their defect or disease than to have a surgery. ህመምን በመፍራት.

⁉️ 17ኛው annual conference ላይ ልንሰማቸው የሚገቡን አንስቴዥዮሎጂ ፕሮፌሽናሎችና አንስቴዥዮሎጂ ፕሮፌሽናል ስፔሻሊስቶች ከ አንስቴዥዮሎጂስት ጋር ያለውን ችግር መፍትሔ ያስፈልጋል ። አንዳንድ ሆስፒታሎች አንስቴዥዮሎጂ ፕሮፌሽናሎች ላይ ግፍ እየሰሩ ይገኛሉ። ለዚህም መፍትሄ ያስፈልጋል ። ሰው ዲፓርትመንቱን እየለቀቀ ሌላ እየተማረ የሚገኘው በዚህ ጫናና ቅጥር ባለመኖሩ ምክንያት ነው ። የኢትዮጵያ የሆስፒታል quality ላይ የአንስቴቲስቶች ሚና ከፍተኛና ዋነኛው ነው። ስለዚህ ጉዳይ መልስ እንፈልጋለን ። ስራ ፈላጊዎችንስ በተመለከተ መልስ እንፈልጋለን። እና ደግሞ ከ ገቢያ ላይ ሊጠፉ የሚፈለጉ መድሃኒቶች አፍሪካ ውስጥ የምንጠቀማቸው አሉ ። እነዚህን መድሃኒቶች ተክተን ከኢትዮጵያ ማስወጣት ማስጀመሩ ላይስ ምን ትላላቹ።
