🚨ስለ ስኳር በሽታ ምን ያህል ግንዛቤ አልዎት?

🍭የስኳር ህመም ካለብዎ የደም ስኳርዎን በቤትዎ መለካት ጤናዎን ለመጠበቅ ከሚረዱ ወሳኝ ነገሮች አንዱ ነው። ይህን ምን ያህል ጊዜ ማድረግ አለብዎ ለሚለው ጥያቄ መልሱ እንደ ስኳር ህመም ዓይነትዎ ፣ አጠቃላይ ጤናዎ ፣ የዕለት ተዕለት ኑሮዎ እና እንደ ሚከታተሉት የሕክምና አይነት ይለያያል።

🔷ያለብዎት የስኳር ህመም ዓይነት 1 ከሆነ በተደጋጋሚ የደም የስኳር መጠኖን መለካት ሊኖርቦት ይችላል። በአጠቃላይ የሚመከረው በቀን ከ 4 እስከ 10 ጊዜ የደም የስኳርዎን እንዲለኩ ነው። ሐኪሞ በሚከተሉት ጊዜያት ምርመራውን እንዲያደርጉ ሊመክሮት ይችላል

💠ምግብ ከመመገቦ በፊት እንዲሁም አንዳንዴ ከምግብ በኋላ

💠ከአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ በፊት፣ በኋላ እና አንዳንዴም በአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ ወቅት

💠ከመኝታ በፊት ፤ አንዳንዴም በሌሊት

💠ዝቅተኛ የደም የስኳር መጠን አጋጥሞት ህክምና ከተደረገሎት በኋላ

💠እንዲሁም ህመም ካጋጠሞ ፣ የእለት ተእለት እንቅስቃሴዎን ከቀየሩ ወይም አዲስ መድኃኒት መውሰድ ከጀመሩ በተደጋጋሚ የደም የስኳር መጠኖን መለካት ይኖርቦታል።

🔷ያለብዎት ዓይነት 2 የስኳር በሽታ ከሆነ የደም ስኳርዎን በተደጋጋሚ መለካት ላይኖርቦት ይችላል። ስኳርዎን በአመጋገብ፣ በአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ ወይም ኢንሱሊን ባልሆኑ መድኃኒቶች ከተቆጣጠሩት ሐኪምዎ በቀን አንድ ጊዜ ወይም በሳምንት ጥቂት ጊዜ ብቻ የደም የስኳር መጠንዎን እንዲለኩ ሊመክርዎ ይችላል።
