📌 Knuckle Sign
Abrupt tapering or cutoff of a pulmonary artery.

📌 Palla Sign
Enlarged right descending pulmonary artery.

📌 Hampton Hump
Dome-shaped, pleural-based opacity due to lung infarction.

📌 Westermark Sign
Focal peripheral hyperlucency caused by oligemia.

📌 Fleischner Sign
Prominent central pulmonary artery.

📌 Chang Sign
Enlargement and sudden change in diameter of a pulmonary artery.

📌 Pleural Effusion
May be present as an associated finding.

📌 Saddle Embolism
Thrombus straddling the main pulmonary artery bifurcation.

📌 Polo Mint Sign (CT)
Central filling defect surrounded by contrast.

📌 Railway Sign (CT)
Parallel lines representing a clot in longitudinal view.
