ከእርግዝና ጋር የተያያዙ ብዙ አፈ ታሪኮች አሉ እናም እውነታው ምን እንደሆነ ለማወቅ አስቸጋሪ ሊሆን ይችላል። ስለ አካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ፣ ክብደት መጨመር እና ሌሎችም ጥቂት አፈ ታሪኮች እና እውነታዎችን መረዳት አስፈላጊ ነው።

አዶት ለእናቶች ለጤናማ፣ በራስ የመተማመን የእርግዝና ጉዞ የሚያስፈልጋቸውን ትክክለኛ መረጃ ይሰጣል። ከአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ እስከ አመጋገብ እና ከዚያም በላይ በዶክተሮች የተዘጋጁ ግንዛቤዎችን እናቀርባለን።
