Warancha CarePoint is a sponsorship community of Children's HopeChest. It is located in the southern region of Ethiopia called "Awassa". Like most regions of Ethiopia, Warancha and its orphans have been marginalized and have insufficient resources to properly address their basic needs. Most children's have inadequate access to quality education, food and medical care due to poverty, family breakdown and infectious disease pandemic. Through your sponsorship and participation in Warancha, Ethiopia, you can make a real difference in the life of an orphan. Lives are changed through your relationship with this child and through the initiatives provided with the $48/month sponsorship. Survive (discipleship, family, food, water, medical)

This will be the 12th year
God has opened the door for us to continue building relationships in Ethiopia and encouraging one another in our faith.

We are still only in the planning stages for this year’s 2024 trip, but here’s what we’re thinking:

Dates: July 19-27
Cost: anywhere between $2,200-3,200 (this would include airfare, lodging, food, and ground transportation)

I will have 8-10 team spots to fill! Would love for you to be praying about whether one of those spots is for YOU!🙏

This is year 11 for me.
God seems to always, faithfully, have amazing plans and purposes for us to walk out!

Our flight departs Kansas City at 6am Friday morning! We would welcome your prayers for travel mercies, all of these totes to arrive intact and on time, and for God to use us for His glory and honor.
