On this special occasion of International Yoga Day, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who is curious about Yoga and committed to their health and well-being.
In todayâs world, where there is so much âmassage pollutionââendless noise and stressâit is Yoga that brings us back to balance, peace, and clarity. Sometimes, all it takes is a few conscious breaths or a gentle stretch to re-energize our body and calm our mind.
Remember:
If you feel energized and centered after your practice, that is Yoga.
If you feel exhausted, that may just be exercise.
There are many misconceptions around Yoga today, but we remain devoted to sharing and teaching it in a traditional and systematic wayâhonoring its roots and sacred depth.
