Welcome to my afternoon retreat on 22.3!
This Mindfulness dive will be all about restoring balance! It comes right after the March Equinox, when day and night are the same length. Through this point of balance in the nature, we can set our mind on a balance in the mind and in the body. Balance is the best spot, from which you can make plans, grow and move towards flourishing. We will do some basic Mindfulness practices, Unified Mindfulness practices and, of course, some spring-themed NSDR (non-sleep deep rest). Here is the schedule:

Even a short retreat is an intense journey and can be not only therapeutic, but also quite challenging. It is not recommended to participate in intensive silent meditation sessions, if you are suffering from acute and clinical mental health conditions. You can take a break during the retreat, if you need to, but it's better to complete it till the end. Feel free to contact me about any possible hesitations, I don't want anyone to have a negative experience. When participants are open to the challenge, it goes well and is very beneficial.
The retreat will be in English. The participation fee is €55 and €40 for students, unemployed etc. The space has cushions, yoga matts, cups. Some chairs are available. Feel free to bring your own meditation gear and anything that will make you feel more comfortable. The space fits 7 people max. You may feel a bit sensitized after the retreat, so it's a good idea not to plan anything stressful for the evening.
