Ihana 🤗❤️ Voi vain kuvitella miten paljon parempi olo halaajille tuli pienen empaattisen jaetun hetken jälkeen. I came across Becoming Supernatural: How Common People Are Doing the Uncommon during a time when I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I wasn’t quite sure where my life was going or how to break free from some of the limits I had unknowingly set for myself. One afternoon, I decided to listen to the audiobook on Audible, unsure of what I was about to dive into. But as Dr. Joe Dispenza’s voice started to narrate the science and stories behind “becoming supernatural,” something clicked. His voice was calm, methodical, yet filled with a quiet energy that suggested he wasn’t just speaking theory—he had lived and breathed these principles. And it wasn’t just the science that got me; it was how he connected everything to everyday life in such a profound, relatable way. The book felt like a map to a completely new way of being. Dr. Dispenza didn’t just teach me something; he helped me feel something. Here are 8 life-changing lessons I took away from the book, and I genuinely believe they could help anyone ready to break free from the ordinary.

1. Thoughts Are Powerful Energy Waves: The first thing that hit me was how Dr. Dispenza explains that thoughts aren’t just fleeting ideas in our minds. They’re energy waves that have real, measurable effects on our bodies and the world around us. He explained how our thoughts create electromagnetic fields that influence our personal reality. I’d always heard “thoughts become things,” but hearing it explained scientifically, and in a way that made it real, left me awestruck. We often think our thoughts are “just thoughts,” but what if every thought is actually shaping the reality we experience? This hit me hard: our internal state isn’t separate from the world we live in. Changing my thoughts could change everything.

2. The Body’s Energy Field Is a Reflection of the Mind: Dr. Dispenza made me realize that our body is like an antenna, constantly broadcasting the energy of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. When we are caught up in negative emotions or stress, our energy field vibrates at a lower frequency. But when we shift into elevated emotions like gratitude or love, our energy field transforms. It’s an awakening to the fact that what’s happening in our minds has a direct impact on our health and well-being.

3. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: This lesson hit me like a thunderclap. Dr. Dispenza talked about how we are all, to some extent, stuck in the habitual patterns of our thoughts and behaviors. Our lives become the sum of our consistent habits, but most of those habits are unconscious. In other words, we are living a repeat of the past instead of creating a new future. The way he described it, I realized that I had become attached to the “old me.” I was living out the same stories, patterns, and reactions, day in and day out. But the key is awareness. By consciously choosing to break those habits and create new ones, we can rewire our brains and, in turn, create a new reality. This was empowering—if I didn’t like who I had been, I had the ability to change.

4. Meditation Is the Key to Transformation: Dr. Dispenza didn’t just preach about the power of meditation; he showed how it is the gateway to unlocking our supernatural potential. He explained that through meditation, we can disconnect from the physical world, go beyond the limited self, and access a higher state of being. I had heard about the benefits of meditation, but Dr. Dispenza’s explanation took it to another level. Meditation wasn’t just about relaxation; it was about changing your brain chemistry and your reality. It helped me see that transformation wasn’t an event—it was a process, a practice. I made meditation a regular part of my day, and slowly, I started to feel more connected to myself and my purpose.

5. Creating a New Future from the Present Moment: One of the most profound lessons for me was how we can create our future in the present moment. Dr. Dispenza explained how living in the past (through memories) or the future (through anxieties) keeps us disconnected from our true power. By focusing on the present moment and aligning it with elevated emotions, we can start to manifest a new future. This idea blew my mind. I always thought of the future as something far off, but the truth is, it’s being created right now. By learning to focus on the present moment with intention, I could begin to create a new reality. This means every moment becomes a chance to plant the seeds for a new, better version of me.

6. Energy Follows Attention: Dr. Dispenza taught me that where attention goes, energy flows. If we constantly focus on our problems, we’re simply giving energy to what we don’t want. On the flip side, when we focus on what we do want and begin to visualize it with strong emotion, we start directing our energy to create that reality. It was a game-changer for me. By consciously choosing where I place my attention, I could shift the energy of my day, my life, and even my health. This lesson made me realize how powerful the act of focusing truly is.

7. The Heart and Mind in Coherence: This lesson emphasized the importance of heart-brain coherence. Dr. Dispenza showed how when our heart and mind are in sync—when our thoughts and emotions align with our heart’s true desires—we become powerful creators. The idea of heart-brain coherence stayed with me. It was one thing to think positive thoughts, but to feel them deeply, to align them with genuine emotion—now that’s where the magic happens. Once I began practicing heart-focused meditation, I felt more whole and connected, not just to myself but to the energy of the universe around me.

8. Becoming Supernatural Is About Living in the Unknown: Dr. Dispenza closed with the idea that to truly become supernatural, we must embrace the unknown. The familiar is what keeps us stuck in the same cycle, but it’s in the unknown where true transformation occurs. This was profound. We are conditioned to resist uncertainty, to seek control. But by stepping into the unknown—through meditation, through intention, through faith—we allow ourselves to be open to the vast, unlimited possibilities that exist in the quantum field.

Etsiessäni yhtä tiettyä vanhaa valokuvaa, nämä kuvat ja artikkelit tulivat vastaan... 😃 Molemmissa jutuissa toimittajat oli tosi hyviä ja saivat asian ytimestä kiinni. Tuoreempi, Porvoossa tehty juttu on sekin jo joitakin vuosia vanha, m***a itse sisältö on kummassakin artikkelissa ajaton. Ihana ensimmäinen oma hevoseni Mona-Lisa on kuvissa mukana ja näiden rakkaiden hevosteni takia olen myös päätynyt muuttamaan pois pk-seudulta parikymmentä vuotta sitten. Tällä tourneella olen edelleen, vaikka Mona siirtyikin sateenkaarisillan toiselle puolelle yli kaksi vuotta sitten. Näin se Elämä ja hevoset kuljettaa... 🥰

Elämän yllätyksellisyys... 💫😅 Joskus pienetkin teot voi johtaa suuriin muutoksiin.
Näin entisenä lentäjänä mieleen tulee hyvä vertauskuva siitä, miten pieni yhden asteen suunnanmuutos johtaa ihan eri lopputulokseen kuin alunperin oli suunniteltu. Jos lentokone seisoo suoraan pohjoisen suuntaan osoittavan kiitotien alkupäässä valmiina lentoonlähtöön ja suunniteltu reitti tulee olemaan suoraan eteenpäin, eli suuntaan 000 tai 360*, niin reilun tunnin lennon jälkeen ja 1000km myöhemmin kone laskeutuu oletetusti paikkaan x. Jos kuitenkin ennen lentoonlähtöä päätetäänkin lentää suuntaan 001*, eli yhden asteen poikkeamalla, jota ei käytännössä edes huomaa lennon alkuvaiheessa, niin samaisen 1000km:n jälkeen määränpää on joku ihan muu kuin se x...
Elämässä ei aina tarvitse tehdä isoja muutoksia, jotta saisi näkyviä tuloksia aikaiseksi, koskee se sitten suhtautumista itseä kohtaan, nukkumisrutiineja, liikuntaa, ruokavaliota, tapaa ajatella asioista, omia uskomuksia, rahankäyttöä, jne. Paljon asioita, joihin voi vaikuttaa helposti ja joilla voidaan saada suuria positiivisia muutoksia aikaan. Kokeile vaikka 😃☀️🍀

Ernest Hemingway once said: In our darkest moments, we don’t need solutions or advice. What we yearn for is simply human connection—a quiet presence, a gentle touch. These small gestures are the anchors that hold us steady when life feels like too much.

Please don’t try to fix me. Don’t take on my pain or push away my shadows. Just sit beside me as I work through my own inner storms. Be the steady hand I can reach for as I find my way.
