1 YEAR AGO: Vinaka vakalevu to Loloma Director, Vaciseva Waqa for giving the Gymnastics Federation of Fiji and Professor Araki Tatsuo the wonderful opportunity to introduce Taiso to the residents of Loloma Home & Care Centre. Her kindness and dedication to the well-being of the residents truly shine through. Through her efforts, the residents not only experienced the benefits of movement and exercise but also felt the joy of community and connection. We deeply appreciate her good heart and the positive impact she continues to make in their lives. 🇫🇯🤝🇯🇵✨

1 YEAR AGO: Professor Araki Tatsuo and the Gymnastics Federation of Fiji met with St. Teresa's Catholic School, Ba Fiji Head Teacher, Ron Krishna, and the faculty to discuss the implementation of the Taiso in their school. 🤸‍♂️✨ The meeting was highly productive, with the teachers showing great enthusiasm and a warm welcome to the initiative. 🙌 Exciting steps ahead for integrating the Taiso into their school program! 🎉"

🌟 Kicking off our 2026 visits, we headed to Superkids Corner Lautoka to do Taiso with their amazing students! 🏃‍♀️🤸‍♂️ A big vinaka vakalevu to the staff for warmly welcoming us and to the kids for their participation! 🙏✨

💪 Our Western Division Taiso Champion, Coach Kini and Flight Club Assistant Coach, Matt, worked hand in hand to demonstrate the exercises, making it fun and easy to follow. The children enjoyed stretching, jumping, and moving together, showing great energy and focus! 🌈👏
