✨Throwback to Day 2 of FPAPS 2026✨

Day 2 wasn’t just outreach — it was "real community engagement in action". 💙

Going door-to-door from areas beside campus towards Superfoods and Field 4, our team didn’t just interact — 👉we listened, assessed, and educated.👈

Using a structured questionnaire, we gathered insights on daily physical activity, lifestyle habits, and overall health behaviours within the community. This allowed us to identify gaps, raise awareness, and encourage healthier living — one conversation at a time.💯🙌🏻

But it didn’t stop there.
We translated knowledge into action by advising individuals on how to incorporate simple physical activity into their daily routines — from walking more to using mobile devices and smart watches to track their health.

With 44 students and 4 staff members, including Dr Kaka, Dr Samuela, Sir Nathan, and Ms. Jessica Seymour👏🏻️, the day reflected what it truly means to be future healthcare professionals —
👉 not just learning, but serving✅️
👉 not just observing, but impacting✅️

This is where healthcare begins — in the community.
