Staff Development Update – Tifajek Mudpool & Hotspring Fiji

We are pleased to share that eight of our staff members had the opportunity to attend the Service Excellence Training conducted by Rosie Academy on Thursday, 25th September 2025.

This training was a valuable experience that helped strengthen our understanding of quality service and hospitality standards. We are grateful for the chance to learn and grow, and we remain committed to applying these insights in our daily work to better serve our guests and community.

Important Notice to Our Valued Neighbors

Please be advised that Tifajek Mudpool & Hotspring Fiji will be closed to the public from 6:00pm to 11:00pm tomorrow, Wednesday 24th September 2025.

This temporary closure is due to a private group booking, and the business property will be exclusively reserved for their use during this time.

🌺 Locals who wish to enjoy the mudpool and hotspring are welcome to do so between 5:00pm and 6:00pm before the group arrives.
