Oh boy - this is a tough one. We donβt like to hear it, but either way, it is true.
Caffein does not provide energy. It borrows it from depleted stores.
In other words - it is fake, and although it makes you feel more energised, it destroys your brain and depletes your vitality.
Naturally caffeine free options include:
π± Lemon grass
π± Mint
π± Camomile
π± Apple blossom
π± Dandelion (bitter but great for your liver)
π± Hibiscus (growing wild in Fiji)
And the list goes on and on. There are various options and many excellent varieties.
Yes, you will experience a dip when you begin to cut back on (or stop) caffeine. But this is worth pushing through. Take those π©΄π£ steps to better health today!
