St Verena's Medical Mission Saint Verena’s Medical & Dental Mission

Under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Suriel, Bishop of Melbourne and its affiliated regions, Saint Verena’s Medical & Dental Mission has been established since January 2016. To date through the Grace of God the Fiji Health Department has been very cooperative through various meeting and granting us the opportunity to conduct 5 medical trips within 6 months. Also on that note we would also like to send our appreciation to the Fiji Council of Doctors and Dentist, for processing the temporary registration for our doctors in a timely manner. We pray through the Intercessions of Saint Mary and Saint Verena that by December 2016 we aim to have a Memorandum of Understanding between the Fiji Health Department and Saint Verena’s Medical & Dental Mission that will enable set objectives to be achieved for this great initiative.

The first St Verena's Dental Mission trip was a great success. With over 25 extractions and 20 fillings in less than 48 hours. We're extremely thankful for Tadros Eskarous and Mark Noor who put their heart and soul in treating the Fijian Coptic Sunday School Children and Servants during this year's Sunday School Convention.
