Love articles like these. Reaffirms why I love what I do and do what I love. This is exactly the one true reason that my whole education and career has narrowed up to health education and healing with dōTERRA’s essential oils and a highly intuitive skilled touch for the last 10 years. This may not answer much to broken limbs or some serious surgeries that medicine is trained to address but the article is nothing new to those that have clearly demarcated that most of their health needs require zero pharma stuff. Privileged to be learning Gua Sha, commonly termed scraping from Dr. Arya Nielson. A technique that stimulates the immune system, reduce pain/myalgia and promotes healing. Another tool to add to my tool belt. This will take a few months before I start practicing but an exciting theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Interesting pre-clinical analysis on necrosis (cell death) of cancer cells after application of Frankincense (Boswellia sacra). Important to note, Boswellia sacra used was in its pure, unadulterated form and this does not by any means suggest to take this approach over conventional measures. I honestly feel that both conventional and complementary approaches can bridge well in creating healing and balance to the body.

Hello and welcome to this information page on an alternative option to your health needs, simple self-care and body work techniques and home remedies for your personal health information system. I hope to do a more regular posting on this page come 2020. Some of you may know, that I got married on June 2019 and after 6 months of marriage, I can say it is a lot to get used to but its equally amazing to share a life with someone that shares in your vision and perspectives on life.
There has been recently conducted randomized trials published by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), researching benefits of specific types of bodywork (massage) on certain conditions. Current research on essential oils harvested from parts of the world where these plants are native to, its benefits and uses so I will be using this platform as a way to inform.
Now that we have come to the end of my third year in operation in Fiji as one of your options to good bodywork and myofascial therapy, I want to thank you again for keeping and sharing about my services with your friends and families.

Studies suggest the incidence of Osteoarthritis will increase by 40 PERCENT by 2025.

This article shares a 4 and 8 week randomized trial on 125 participants diagnosed with osteoarthritis on the knee. This included a 30- 60mins weekly or biweekly massages or a usual care control. Results showed significant evidence that people with this condition can benefit from weekly massage sessions.
