Vous tournez autour de l'idée de venir au Centre depuis des mois ? Vous regardez les photos, lisez les témoignages, mais quelque chose vous retient encore ?

Cette participante était exactement là où vous êtes. Entre envie et appréhension. Entre 'et si...' et 'mais quand même...'.

Elle a finalement osé. Et elle a découvert qu'il n'y avait rien à 'réussir', juste à vivre.

Since December 2023, our center has welcomed hundreds of participants who came to discover the method.

To all of you who dared to take the leap, thank you. You bring this Center to life.

Together, we have traveled an extraordinary path.

Every weekend, new stories are written among our mountains.

These images bear witness to all these shared moments, to all these barriers crossed together.

And this is only the beginning. Our story continues to unfold with you.

Joyeux Noel, Merry Christmas! From the Center France or from my heart which is also my Center! Story time..

I use to hate Christmas, being sad ( appearing smiley thanks to drink) at family dinner, then being alone , in both case feeling a void and trying to filling it , food or drink/ugs..

Now I’m here 7 in the morning alone, waiting under the tree, not a one with light , reel trees, from Nature, and waiting the light, the ray of the sunt that will soon illuminate the untouched white snow of the field in front of the House…

Almost untouched cause yesterday a big Badger was doing bobsleigh on the snow at night ( true story) plus some French grizzlie bear was running around in short and doing snow angels..

Anyway, as a gift? The two most beautiful days here at the Center France.
With and without sun.
The place I love the most in the world and for the first time I see myself getting old here ( but this was the last post)
Couldn’t ask for more

Oh yeah being surrounded by love ones
I am cause you are all in my Heart , I feel it and like I love to say : “we will never breathe alone “

Family : I have a loving Mum ( who does the Method) and tonight I will have the family of my Heart

Oh yeah let me pause on this: amongst all the Benefits of the Wim Hof Method, Wim and his family did for me..

Got back life, a healthy body, peaceful mind , a house and a family..

Tonight Stacha Stacha Balmat and Emma Emma Estrela and Dominique Stulens are coming , they are WHM top instructors , who share the same mission , but we will drop the green Tshirt and going in the snow naked ( or not) and Celebrate, love , family.

First Week-end in French at the Center 🇫🇷, a very meaningful one to my heart 🌟 here’s why👇🏽

First of all French is my mother tongue , I always felt like a child of the earth ,but I’m born and raised in France 🇫🇷
For those you know me , you can tell by my accent 😃
This Wim Hof Method Center , even though is located in the French Alpes , is an international one.
Make sense that we English is the main language
Also the main language of the Method ,
That being said:
Wim’s book as been translated in French and dozen of many other languages
Most of the video and course are available in French
Last but not least
Love is the universal language❤️
So whichever the language you speak your welcome here at the Center..

We will keep making events some events in French
And this week-end motivated me even more to do so..

People were lovely and speaking my mother tongue was nice , I could speak even more straight from my Heart
who were assisting me even was speaking in French and leading the breathing… (or playing trumpet..🎺 see the other pictures📸).. amazing.. Language of love is Universal 🫶🏼🌎

On the Sunday, and for the first time we together with Mike and Guillaume we even lead the breathing without a word… only music, humming , piano , trumpet drum , our chests resonating ,
The breathe of the participants guiding us..
a symphony, harmony..
Beauty of energy

We took it to an other level with the first Official Wim Hof Method Center in France.
But we will keep simple and close to what inspire the Method to Wim :

📣 Dream coming true , Official Wim Hof Method Center .. In France‼️

We are so delighted to announce this big news as it is a first for the WHM.

A house from 1800 surrounded by nature, field forest , waterfalls and lake..
A place dedicated to the Wim Hof Method.

Located in the french south Alpes, 2 hours from the sea ( Marseille) and 5 minutes from high moutains this place is the perfect place for Hoffers , from begginers to Wim's level❄️

I, Leandre Omeir will run the place as i live there
Assisted by Irish rising star instructor Hannah Downey 🌟

I'm french but worked internationaly for Wim since a few years.
So most of the events will be in english..
Language of love is univeral🌏💛

-We will host events , week-end and week expeditions.
You can find all of them in the Wim Hof method website " our location" or my instructor profile.

-Yearly event with Wim The Iceman (Wim Hof) ✊️

-In the near future collaboration with the most expérienced and commited instructors from all around the globe.

-The opening week-end is 19-21january
-First week expedition 1-7 February

We will start small but aiming big✊️

The Method is spreading🌏 and it is only a begining 💫
