Health and Wellbeing Coaching
I work using Pilates with people who want to improve their health and mental wellbeing.
Pilates is a safe and effective way in building up strength and fitness.
I work with clients in all stages of fitness, but don’t want to step inside a gym.
Have you tried different diets and are not seeing any changes or understand why losing weight might be difficult for you.
Are you concerned by the effects of the menopause and want to improve your strength and conditioning?
Are you low in mood and have difficulty getting motivated?
Are you recovering from an injury?
We will work together in identifying your goals. I will support you by providing you with a bespoke programme which will include both exercise and lifestyle challenges.
If you have answered yes to any of the above and feel that health coaching is going to be beneficial to you, you can book an introductory session.
Prices 45 euros or £40 a session.
Individual sessions 1-6 weeks starting programme.
1-3 months for support in changing behaviour programme.
