Health and Wellbeing Coaching
I work using Pilates with people who want to improve their health and mental wellbeing.
Pilates is a safe and effective way in building up strength and fitness.
I work with clients in all stages of fitness, but don’t want to step inside a gym.
Have you tried different diets and are not seeing any changes or understand why losing weight might be difficult for you.
Are you concerned by the effects of the menopause and want to improve your strength and conditioning?
Are you low in mood and have difficulty getting motivated?
Are you recovering from an injury?

We will work together in identifying your goals. I will support you by providing you with a bespoke programme which will include both exercise and lifestyle challenges.

If you have answered yes to any of the above and feel that health coaching is going to be beneficial to you, you can book an introductory session.
Prices 45 euros or £40 a session.
Individual sessions 1-6 weeks starting programme.
1-3 months for support in changing behaviour programme.

I have designed group workshops including “Choosing the Life for You”, is a cognitive behavioural approach to living, the way we think affects the way we behave. The course examines our behaviour, challenges negative belief systems and provides an understanding of how we can use positive coping strategies, tools to manage our lives, and taking a holistic approach to living.

A holistic approach takes into consideration the individual as of a whole. Integrating the Mind, Physical, spiritual, intellectual and our social relationships.

If there is a problem in any of the above areas, then there will be an impact on the other parts of our lives.

Every day, we all have to make decisions, we are making choices. Someone might say, I don’t have a choice in the matter. In certain situations, external factors, might mean that we don’t have control. We do have a choice in how we respond to these situations.

It is by examining how we perceive the problem; we can then change our behaviour.

The purpose of this workshop is an introduction in exploring what we want from our lives and how best we can approach it.
