Chers amis cazalins et du Bassin!

Petit à petit on s'approche du Bassin ...quelle nostalgie! Cela fait presque 2 ans que je n'ai pas revu cet endroit magique...et mes anciens élèves de yoga!

Je vous propose une petite séance de yoga au bord de l'eau (lieu à confirmer) le 23 septembre, samedi à 17 h.
Je voudrais vous offrir cette séance, histoire de vous revoir et partager un peu de temps ensemble 🥰 Vos amis / membres de famille sont les bienvenus Aussi.

My dear friends!
I have not given you any update since August. It`s more than high-time. From a calm, beautiful French village, I am back to the crowded, busy, but still beautiful Budapest. Instead of teaching yoga by the Atlantic ocean, I lead & coach a team of 16 HR professionals by the Nyugati train station, in the heart of Budapest. I love both, both are part of me. Dealing with people, no matter how, is my passion. I needed these 5 months to get back on my feet, I mean yogawise.
I needed these 5 months to think over a few questions, the ones that really matter to me right now. In this lively capital, in a demanding job role, how can I keep my balance, how can I find time to practice yoga (not teach, that is impossible right now, maybe in the near future), how can I be a woman, an always pretty fiancee, a future wife & a future mother?
In November I started a Women`s Health Yoga Teacher Training course with SaktiSisterz] .
This TTC provides me nourishing self-care practices & it recharges my batteries on Friday evenings.
Even if I am not teaching now, I would love to share the great learnings I get from SaktiSisterz] so you will see me posting from now on. I hope you will learn a lot too :)

L'été c'est l'apogée du yang, du masculin, du Soleil, de l'action. Selon l'Ayurvéda l'élément principal de l'été est le feu (agni) entraîné par la force solaire de cette saison. Cette pratique sera axée sur l'étirement du corps afin de vous aider à le rafraîchir.
On se voit dimanche à 11h sur la plage pour une belle séance afin d'accueillir l'été 🙏

Seated Eagle Pose (Garuda) 🦅
One of my favourite poses that I practice when I have been sitting for a long time (like these last weeks preparing my thesis defense). I highly recommend it to home office workers or anyone who spends long hours in front of a computer/laptop or in a car.
The biggest benefit of this seated posture is that it stretches the shoulders, the shoulder blades and the upper back.

My Story

Having almost 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources , I started to be interested in stress management at work. This is how yoga became part of my everyday life. While I was working as an HR Manager in India for 1,5 years, I became a certified yoga instructor (500h RYT). I completed several courses afterwards and became a certified hatha, vinyasa (power), aerial and pre-natal yoga instructor. I had the chance to teach hatha, vinyasa & sivananda yoga classes in India.

Today I completely dedicate my time to yoga and my main interest is corporate yoga. Trying to merge my two passions (HR & yoga), I aim to bring yoga to those who need it the most: corporate people. Getting corporate people onto the yoga mat is not just about making them do some physical exercise to straighten up their hunched backs, but I get to suspend their busy & stressful day for an hour, I help them to take their tired eyes off the screen and to release their overwhelmed minds. Using yoga and meditation as tools, I encourage employees to keep the body and mind focused and relaxed throughout the day.

Besides corporate yoga, I give hatha and vinyasa (power) yoga classes to individuals (in group classes, private classes or on-line) because I believe that yoga should be available to everyone, no matter the age or the level of experience.
