For singers, musicians and dancers, the body mobility in your respiration is a key point for your performance.
Come and learn how to ajust yourself and add these skills to your training routine, for better performances and a better health.

Alice Bedard is an osteopath DO, instructor and movement analyst in performing arts and sports.
She teaches her techniques to various performers and to the students of the French Dance and Music Academy.

The workshop will take place at Santeform gym, 32 Rue de Sarlieve, Cournon, (at the ground floor of Alice office) and lasts 1h30.
Bring gym clothes, a sweater, socks and a towel. 🙂
